It seems to me that Port Moresby is getting dirtier by the day despite all the good intentions of NCDC.

I work around Tabari Place and despite us and other business organising cleanathons in the area a day later there are piles of rubbish and spit everywhere.

There needs to be a concerted effort by NCDC and others in authority to look at a way to educate the sellers in this and other areas of Port Moresby how to keep the place clean, it does not look like the Nations Capital in many areas rather like a dump yard.

Anyone got any bright ideas
